Lynx Avionics has become the first manufacturer to obtain European Certification for their aircraft helmets. All Lynx Avionics helmets are now CE marked and certified against the European Standard EN966:1996 'Helmets for Airborne Sports'.

It will shortly become illegal to sell helmets in Europe for use in sport aviation which do not conform to this standard; anyone selling helmets which are uncertified and which do not carry the CE quality mark can be prosecuted and fined.
